If my driver license-less father gets caught driving in my vehicle in the state of FL?

what happens to me? Does my insurance go up or get taken away? is it a jail-able offense? He's going straight to jail if he gets caught, do to his record, but will I get in trouble? What about if he gets in a wreck? How much risk am I in?
