Looking for a honeymoon place?

Im looking for a honeymoon spot. We are in the early 20's but we dont like to party. so Im looking for a place that is not too busy and not for party people. I m looking for an all inclusive resort so i can save money. also my budget is less than 4k including the flight from tampa, fl. i had in mind jamaica but my friends said that is for party people. but also had in mind Hawaii which i been there years ago with my family and i loved it. So if you have other places in mind please feel free give me some options. thank you in advance
