Question about Disney Costumed Character Job?

I am hoping to get a response by someone who has worked, know one who does work, or someone who used to work at Disney in Orlando, FL as a Costumed Character. Coming up next month they are having open Auditions for such positions and i was wondering, besides what the website tells you in the information of the job, what should i keep in mind? I'm about 6'1, 210lbs and i'm just wondering how the audition process is handled and what to keep in mind when going in for it. Thank you
