Can't find/remember the name of this Indie film!?

There was a Western girl (american or british perhaps) who travelled to eastern europe to profess her love to a boyfriend who'd moved back home there. He rejects her and she, pregnant with his baby, runs off and ends up travelling with an old gypsy guy. The music was wonderful. Really loved this film but can't remember enough about it to be able to find it. I think it is a relatively recent film, saw it 2 years ago.help?
