Does he still love me? i need helpp ):?

okay, so this guy and i swore that we were totally in love. i live in Tn and he lives in Fl. we were talking for at least nine months and our year anniversary is coming up, but we're not actually a couple.. we were kin of a long distance relationship without the relationship.. we told each other everything and we said i love you and i'm in love with youu and we talked about having sex when i go down there and we even planned out our future together.. and about three months ago, he started to pull away from me because he started dating some other girl.. ): they broke up yesterday.. :D and over the time that they were dating, he hardly ever talked to me and i still love him... i'm just not sure what to do. do i talk to him? does he still love me? i'm going to Fl in two weeks and he lives next door to where i'll be staying and i'll be there for two weeks.. i can't stop thinking about him and i tried to talk to him yesterday but he didn't text back because he was with a friend. i really need some helpp, i just don't know what to do... ): anything would helpp ):
