How Do You Get Rid Of A Butt Rising ?

i have a butt rising & its HUGE & hurts really badly. my sister tried popping it but it wasnt successful. we are going to FL wed. i know for a fact that you will be able to see it thru my bathing suit!! i dont want anything that will cost my sister a crap load of money so any natural/home remidies would help. btw if you dont know what a butt rising is : its a bump like thing that pops up on your butt & it will itch when it first comes up. they say that it means that you wont get sick or something like that.
