Is there a school to learn fashion design in or near Jacksonville, FL?

I've been looking online but I cant find anything, and i cant move at this time so i need somewhere close by (driving distance). And no the art institute in jax does not offer fashion design, only management. I'm interested in actually making and sewing. Please help.
