Planets in the 7th affect your appearance too?

I think when you have a planet on the descendant or 7th house you are projecting it onto everyone you encounter soooo it affects your appearance like the first house, right? I have Neptune conjunct descendant, I'm already a Pisces but I look REALLY star-eyed, feminine, gypsy-like, more than any other Pisces I've met. Also I know someone with their moon conjunct the descendant and he looks really soft and gentle, even tho his rising is in Scorpio.
