A question for Christians who believe life begins at conception?

Actually, the birth of Jesus would have been in late August or early September. No, we don't celebrate the immaculate conception of Jesus Christ. We don't know the exact day of the conception. We only celebrate his birth even though we actually celebrate it at the wrong time of the year.
