What price range is good to buy a used car for a 16 yr old?

I am about to get my license, and I want to get myself a car, used of course. And I want to get a part -time job to help pay and stuff. (Also, idk if minimum wage $7.25 in FL is going to be enough, is it?) for a car, and what price range is 'reasonable' for me. since im new at this... like for example idk $100-$300 or $500?? i dont know can u plz help? thanks! :) and some other advice and tips to say would be great thanx!
