Which aspect orthodoxs and catholics are different about the views of the virgin mary?

for example orthodoxs don't have specific devotions like our lady of the mount carmel or our lady of guadalupe right? and catholics believe in those devotions and the co-mediatrix which I don't get this doctrine the co-mediatrix? some say to me the catholic doctrines about mary are implicit in the orthodox church like immaculate conception, just orthodoxs dont'explain too much about mary?
