I will travel the Carnival cruise to Mexico, would I be able to do this with a green card?

I will be traveling on the Carnival cruise going from Miami, FL to Cozumel, Mexico. I am currently a U.S. resident and I have a green card as well. I have read a lot online that say you can travel with the green card to Mexico on the cruise but most of them were dated back a few years ago and I have a feeling that things may be different now. I was hoping someone can tell me if I would be fine going on the cruise to Mexico using just my green card and a valid government issued ID (driver's license). I disputed with my bank and my bank declined to dispute the charges because they said the hotel told "them" the charges were for the 1st night's stay...but when we checked-in (for a business conference) we were a day early and asked if we owed the additional night and they said it was taken care of. My statement also reflects that no additional charges were due for that first night. What is my recourse?

Overdrive light comes on flashing periodically on my 1999 F150.?

I have a 1999 F150 Super Cab and for a while the overdrive light has been flashing. I have hooked up my computer reader and it comes back as normal, no numbers for problems. I did some reading and thought maybe the sensor had sand on it, because I live on a dirt road and the puddles of course splash water. I got underneath and rinsed entire area one time and the light stayed off for about 3 weeks. Tranny fluid is fine. The truck only has 65000 miles on it and is in immaculate condition. LANDLORD AND TENANT!!! notice and rent arrears what rights do i have?

my landlord issued me and my partner (who is 8 months pregnant) a s.21 notice to vacate after just 6 months despite us being excellent tenants who have paid rent on time every month and kept the house in immaculate condition throughout he hasen't given us a reason for the eviction as our contract expired the day before he gave us notice so he doesn't need to supply a reason the situation I'm now in is i have 2 young sons and my baby is due ONE DAY before our eviction date i have tried to speak to the landlord but all we get is "not my problem" or "not any of my concern" my problem is that we really need to move ASAP granted, i have informed the landlord that the only way i can move is by withholding the last two months rent so i can afford another property with that money then asked him to take our deposit as part payment for the arrears and then set up a payment plan after we leave to clear the rest, but he does not seem at all interested or to that end to have a heart and be lenient and is demanding that i pay his rent immediately as it stands now i am 1 week in arrears and our eviction date is 7 weeks away what rights do i have and what rights does the landlord have also if the rent arrears matter was taken to court would we under our circumstances be ordered to pay as if we were a bad tenant who is simply refusing to pay just for the sake of it! whereas i can prove that i will not be able to move without the money form his rent and it isnt as if im refusing to pay his rent full stop ive offered to pay him once we leave do you think im being unreasonable or do you think the landlord is being unreasonable??? any help in this matter would be brilliant from anyone who may have an opinion!!!

Installing turbo in my 1994 Honda Civic.?

everyone is right... it will cost some money. i do know that greddy makes a turbo kit for your car for $2500.. but that doesn't include your tune, and wastegate, etc. My previous car was a 93 si, with 210,000 miles on it. I did turbo it and it lasted 2 years, but if it was up to me to go back i would have never done it. i loved that car and the turbo ruined it. I was just curious if it's possible to assign each drum piece (hi hat, kick, snare etc.) to it's own mixer track in FL Studio. Currently I side chain everything to separate highs/mids/lows to their own mixer track but it would be much more efficient to be able to have the kick/snare/hat etc on its own mixer track.

P0734 is a code for incorrect 4th gear ratio. When the trans controller senses a disagreement between the input/output shaft speed ratio it wants for the gear it has selected and what it's seeing it sets this. If this condition is detected three times the trans locks to 3rd gear limp home mode assuming there is a serious internal problem and 3rd gear is intentionally designed to be the running gear with minimal control functionality so you can get home with most failures present. When it's in limp home it will accelerate like a dog because it's starting in a high gear and will wind out at speed without upshifting to 4th. Basically you're driving a car with one gear. There is an overdrive switch in the system but it's the switch on the shifter to deselect overdrive (4th gear) when going up grades so the trans won't hunt gears too much. If that switch fails it will only prevent 4th gear if it shorts or won't block 4th gear if it's open. There is no overdrive sensor. There is a kick down switch but it's part of the trans. If one of the shaft speed sensors was acting up you'd have a different code for it in most cases. Almost all causes of shaft speed mismatch are an internal mechanical problem, probably a burnt clutch, or an internal electrical problem with the solenoid valves. It is very unlikely there is some cheap external quick fix for what it sounds like yours is doing. Sorry but I'd be back at the clown you bought it from pronto. It sounds like you have an internal hydraulic or clutch problem that is aggravated by temperature as the fluid and components heat up. The chance of this happening without their prior knowledge is next to zero under the conditions you've stated. Sorry but pretty much any of the incorrect ratio codes are bad news.

What engines will fit in my 1997 honda accord?

I have a '97 accord w/ 2.2 4 cylinder and 5 speed tranny.. My father owns a repair shop and i work there.. An older guy came in with this accord saying "its getting hot" turned out the head was cracked and the owner said "I bought this car brand new and always took care of it, but I dont wanna put the money into fixin it." So I bought the car from him for $200, I was gonna buy a cylinder head and put it all together but decided there is no way to determine how hot he got the motor..:( Now im gonna replace the 2.2 engine (I am normally a Chevy smallblock kinda guy, 91 caprice w/ 1968 350 ci 700r4 lower gears etc etc) So i LOVE power but dont like spending lots of money LOL! The coolant is now coming out of the radiator cap. Before the accident the car was in immaculate shape and had zero mechanical problems. When I say its coming out of the cap I mean it comes out while im driving, the cap is fastened but it still comes out. What is the problem?

She has a 200ml (7 fl oz) when she wakens around 6.30am, a bottle at 10am (180ml/6.5 fl oz), lunch at 12pm (pureed food and a yoghurt) at 1.30pm she has another 200ml bottle then at 4pm she has another bottle (about 150ml) and then her dinner at 5.30 (again pureed food with fromage frais or fruit) and then a 200ml bottle before bed at 7.30pm. I try to give her breakfast of baby cereal, weetabix or ready brek (contacted the makers to ask if it was okay for a baby and it is) but she won't always take it, at 10am I try to give her fruit but again, she won't always take any, she has her lunch okay but not very much and dinner time isn't really a problem. She won't eat textured foods, only purees (she has three bottom teeth and four top teeth) but I feel she's not eating enough for her age. My 2 year old was on table foods at the same stage and was still breastfeeding (my 11 month old stopped wanting the breast at 10.5 months). Should I cut down on her milk intake to see if she eats more solids. i've tried her with finger foods too but she just puts them in her mouth then spits it out again, she will eat bread/toast though. Any help would be appreciated, this is all new to me!

I've heard these engines have head gasket issues. The car has 167000 miles on it and I don't know if the head gaskets have been replaced already. The owner doesn't have the maintenance and repair records even though the car is in immaculate shape inside and out and has all the telltale signs of being maintained impeccably. It looks almost new. (And for a 16 year old car that's pretty good) It has a set of 4 brand new tires. The asking price of 1350 is about 500 below bluebook for this car. The car is currently registered and passed smog and has a clean title. I took it for a test drive and it runs smooth. I inspected the engine and the oil. I even did a carfax report on it...everything checks out except the head gasket issue with this particular engine. I'm not inclined to gamble on reliability, but I've been looking for a pretty long time for a car and it's getting down to crunch time...I can't keep spending money on a rental to get around. Everyone tells me I'm being too picky, but when you live here in California you have the added concern that the car needs to be able to pass smog and there are so many cars that are for sale here that can't pass smog.
